Charles has been with the Howard Law Firm since June 2020 and brings more than eight years of experience in the legal field. He attended law school at the Kenya School of Law in Nairobi, Kenya and received his Master of Law in International Law from the University of Houston. He is fluent in Swahili and Luo. He lives in the Ft. Bend area where he enjoys spending time with his family and playing soccer.
